Student information system
The Internet is rapidly becoming a part of the everyday lives of a majority of people in the world. People perform various activities on the Internet and one of them is storing their data in data-base where they are interested in. In these data base’s they can post the queries and they can retrieve the required data. Obviously there is a need of Student Information System software for management of student’s data.Each and every actor has been given their respective action. Accountant, Principal and teacher can access the student’s dataThis software is very easy to store the details, marks of a student In this article, we present an overview of all of the empirical research that evaluates the quality of various conversations in student information system
INTRODUCTION
Student Information System is a software where students details are been setup by an accountant and marks are been setup by teacher. Required data is been retrieved by the principal
This system is a hierarchical structure. It contains certain numbers of actors. Each will have their respective actions. Students are to be registered dynamically. For each of the actor to perform their action, they must be logged in with their respective id’s.
It is a web application managing students generated content.
Earlier versions were to store the details of student. Here updating, retrieving actions are also been performed.
It is prevelant is many developed countries as the students data need to be updated dynamically
Software packages are widely available on the internet and are written in a variety of programming languages such as PHP, Java and .NET. The configuration and records of posts can be stored in text files or in a database.
Existing System
The data of students has been written on Microsoft Excel sheet. Taking name, id and subj. marks as each column. There are was no privacy for student’s data. There were no log-in id’s for actors.
Disadvantages of existing system
1. There is no PRIVACY of student’s data.
2. We can’t know what action is being performed by whom.
3. There is not register id provided for actor
4. Student’s data can me modified without permissions
Proposed System
The proposed system is very user friendly, providing 3 actors. Accountant for registering a student, teacher for adding and updating marks of a student. Where as a principal can retrieve the required data of a student.
Advantages of proposed system
1. It’s user-friendly.
2. Each of the actor has been provided with register id, with which he has to logged on to perform the required action.
3. Students data is highly secured in this software.
4. Only the accountant has a right to register a student in database.
5. Only principal has a right to retrieve the details of a student.
6. Only teacher has the right to update the marks of a student.

Then next frame is displayed………. Then enter as
Entering ‘V’ in the Text field as shown below, the ROW of ‘V’ will be deleted from DATABASE
Lets first ADD student marks
by Clicking on TEACHER we get……………………………User_id=TEACHER Password= TEACHER
Entering these marks and clicking enter……..the database will be UPDATED automatically
We should first select the NAME AS ‘B’
And then select BUTTON –EDIT STUDENT MARKS and then enter as
We need to enter 45 in Text Field provided, then we get
