Abstract—
mini scientific calc is a matrix calculator software. it can perform all the mathematical operations and all the 16 matrix operations. It can find 15 properties of a given number like palindrome, perfect, Fibonacci, amstrong, strong, etc. It can find 20 properties of a given matrix like scalar matrix, symmetric matrix, skew symmetric matrix, identity matrix, etc.
Problem Definition:
While working with mathematical operations in some cases we need to work with matrices. Performing the matrices operations manually takes a lot of time. So here the application mini scientific calc comes to play and performs the matrices operations very quickly and easily without using any formula.
Existing System:
In the present scientific calculators we cannot perform matrices operations more than three or four. There are many operations like determinant, co factor, adjoint, inverse, rank etc which can take more time to calculate manually.
Proposed System:
Let us have a brief overview of our current application. It is named as mini scientific calc, which allows the user to directly perform 16 matrices operations without using any formula. It can also find 20 properties of a matrix like scalar matrix, symmetric matrix, skew symmetric matrix, identity matrix, etc. It can also find 15 properties of a given number like palindrome, perfect, Fibonacci, amstrong, strong, etc. Due to the drawbacks of the general calculators we use this advanced calculator to perform matrices operations.

Software requirements: ->32 bit operating system- > Notepad | System requirements: -> Pentium 2 processor -> 512 MB ram -> 5 MB hard disk space. |
working of the calculator
open the calculator and select option 15 to get matrices operations
then we will get a sub menu with 16 matrices operations we can find them by selecting the appropriate option
To find the properties of a matrix select option 17 from the main menu
then we will get a sub menu as below
enter the row and column size and enter matrix elements
after entering the details we will get the properties of a matrix as below
similarly if we want to find the properties of a number then select the option 16 from main menu
enter a number
after entering a number then the properties of that number will be displayed as below
